  • How Long Will The Shipping Take?

    The delivery time is based on the shipping method customer selected. However, the shipping time can be greatly influenced by the following issues: extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, etc. In this case, we are incapable of guaranteeing on-time delivery, but we will try our best to ensure the on-time shipping date of the order from our side.

  • Which Shipping Methods Will Be Used For Order?

    JedinChip ships components order from China to most countries in the world. We currently provide below different delivery methods, including:

    1. DHL
    2. FedEx
    3. UPS
    4. SF

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes?

    You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes but is not limited to: duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.

    As we don't have control over these charges, we are unable to advise what the cost may be.

    Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office or the corresponding logistics company for more information.

    Customs are quite different in each country. Please include information about particular Customs requirements as necessary, while you are placing your order: we will support you as much as possible.Welcome to contact us for any issues.

  • Shipment tracking

    Normally,you will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your order ships.

    In this email, we will tell you the method of delivery and the tracking number

    At the same time , you can also visit your order history on your website page, then locate the tracking number.

  • How To Change The Shipping Method?

    1. If you need to change the shipping method, please send us the order NO and the new shipping method you want to update. The customer service team will help to check the order actually status and offer you the instructions accordingly.

    2. The customer service team may also contact you to change the shipping method under the below situation:
        2.1  The parcel actual weight or size exceeds the shipping methods' limitation(fewer cases)
        2.2  The shipping service provider which you've chosen had temporarily stopped the service to your area due to some reasons out of our control, such as extreme weather, local protest, etc.

  • How To Change Shipping Address/Billing Address?

    If you need to change or adjust the order address ,please offer us your problems in details , then send to the customer service support team.

    if your order had been forwarded to the transportation company, we could not guarantee to change the address successfully. Please make sure you write the correct address info when you submit the order.
    1.For airmail shipping method, please contact your local post office to help you deal with such things. 2.For express, please contact us and your local carrier office, we'll try our best to help you solve the problems.

  • Why Parts Cannot Be Found On The Website?

  • Handling fee

    The handling fee at least US$30 will be charged for each order.
    Handling fee will be removed at checkout if you:
    1. Have previous parts order to ship together;
    2. Pay for the order with advance payment balance;
    3. Use your own logistics account

  • Can I Buy Without Registering An Account?

    You can buy without registering an account.
    However, having an JedinChip account allows you to enjoy more convenient, fast, and valuable services like below:
    1. Submitting back orders online
    2. Auto-filling your default shipping and billing address information when you checkout
    3. Shopping cart records and order history can be automatically saved
    4. Products can be added to the "favorites" list
    5. New orders can be bound to the previous orders before the shipment

  • Can I Cancel Order?

    Orders can be canceled on your own if they are unpaid. Find the order in your order history>Click "cancel".

    For paid orders, please contact the support team by email or phone.

    Cancel before orders are processed in the warehouse-----No restocking fee, full refund.
    Cancel after orders processed-----Restocking fee: $0.5/item.
    Orders cannot be canceled after shipping.
    Backorders can't be canceled as they are customized.

  • Can the Price Be Negotiated?

    JedinChip provides electronic components at a very competitive price in China market and offers multi-step prices. Hence the price is not supposed to be negotiated.
    But if the quantity you need is larger than the highest step, you are welcome to contact us to see if we can offer a better price.
